The Notion Ceiling
Julieta Lombroni (Founder) was revolutionizing student analytics in Buenos Aires schools, but her operations were stuck in the manual age. She was manually creating private Notion pages for hundreds of students and generating AI reports one by one. The method worked, but the logistics were unscalable. She needed to grow from hundreds to thousands without hiring an army of admins.
The Gamified Ecosystem
We built a two-sided platform that turned "taking a survey" into a game.
The Ops Center
A powerful dashboard where the team manages Schools, Classes, and Programs. We built a custom "Typeform-style" engine to handle complex psychological assessments.
The Student App
Mobile-first and fun. Students create custom avatars and earn "Avocados" (currency) for completing self-development modules.
The Report Factory
We automated the bottleneck. The app aggregates student answers, sends them to OpenAI, and generates detailed psychological profiles.
Human-in-the-Loop
The AI creates the draft, and The Arena's team reviews/tweaks it before pushing it to the student's phone.
