What do you actually build?

How does the process start?

With a free 60-minute shaping workshop. We map your business problem together and translate it into a clear product direction. You leave with real clarity on what to build and why. No pitch, no jargon — just honest strategy. After that, if there is a fit, we move into the Blueprint: a paid two-week process that defines exactly what to build, produces a prototype, and locks a fixed price for the build. You know what you are buying before committing to it.

What does it cost?

The shaping workshop is free. The Blueprint — the two-week discovery and planning process — starts at $3,500. Development runs as a monthly engagement starting at $5,000 per month after that. We do not quote projects we have not shaped first, because any number before discovery is a guess, and guesses turn into surprises mid-build.

How fast do you ship?

The Blueprint takes two weeks. Most first-version products ship in 8 to 12 weeks depending on complexity — booking flows and internal tools on the shorter end, marketplaces and AI-integrated platforms on the longer end. You get a timeline estimate at the end of the Blueprint before committing to anything.

What is Bubble, and does it matter?

Bubble is the most powerful no-code development platform available. We build on it because it lets us ship five times faster than traditional development without sacrificing capability. The products we deliver handle millions in transactions, sensitive private data, and complex business logic. Your users cannot tell the difference. Most of our clients cannot either. If you want to know whether Bubble is the right tool for what you need, that is part of what the Blueprint answers.

Do I own everything at the end?

Yes. The Bubble application, Figma files, all design assets, and all documentation transfer to you at the end of the engagement. If you want to take the product to a different team after us, you can. We document everything to make that transition clean. We have never held a client's product hostage.

Do you work with AI?

Yes, from the start — not bolted on at the end. Every product we build today has AI considered in the design phase. Whether that is an agent that automates a workflow, a recommendation layer, a document reader, or an intelligent matching system, we figure out where AI actually moves the needle and build it in. AI is not a feature we add. It is part of how we think about the product from day one.

What if I already have a product that needs a team?

We work with that too. Several of our longest-running clients came to us with an existing Bubble product that had outgrown their previous team — bugs piling up, no roadmap, no one looking at the data. We take over, stabilize it, and become the embedded product team. That means roadmap ownership, regular shipping, and data-driven decisions about what to build next. Not a vendor you call when something breaks.
